I’d recommend printing out this resource and filling it in before an appointment with me. It’s great way to help me understand what your average diet looks like. Also, really useful for weekly meal planning.

Dr Chatterjee’s website has lots of amazing health information on it and he really is a leader in the GP world when it comes to nutrition. I think that the above resource is amazing to encourage one to eat as many different fruits and vegetables as possible, as it’s so easy to fall into a rut and just eat a handful of fruits and vegetables.
