My meal plans can help you:

- Provide recipe suggestions for a certain diet (e.g. vegan, vegetarian)
- Take the stress out of food shopping and thinking up meals each week
Each meal plan is only A$20 and contains:
- ‘How to’ / ‘top tips’ page
- Grocery list
- Diet plan (including protein, fats, carbs)
- Recipes

RAINBOW FOOD CHART
Dr Chatterjee’s website has lots of amazing health information on it and he really is a leader in the GP world when it comes to nutrition. I think that the above resource is amazing to encourage one to eat as many different fruits and vegetables as possible, as it’s so easy to fall into a rut and just eat a handful of fruits and vegetables.
