- In this 30 minute 1:1 session we’ll touch base on how the first couple weeks have gone and discuss strategies to restore nutrient balance, strengthen good habits, and introduce new personalised recipes to inspire you in the kitchen.

- Often people start to plateau in their weightloss journey around now. So this recalibrate step is all about sharing common challenges with advice on how to overcome them.

- In the fourth 1:1 session, we’ll discuss how to fine-tune your approach with expert insights and next steps for weight loss success. You’ll walk away with practical strategies and of course some more yummy recipe inspiration.
SUSTAIN (Weeks 7–8): Master long-term strategies

- The education for this week will be all about stress’ impact on gut health and weight management. Unfortunately, stress can be one of the biggest hurdles in weight loss journeys.
